Processing Data and Files Stored by You at Picpee

NOTE: Users may refuse to allow the use of data for the above purposes without affecting the quality of the Core Service.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
If your account is canceled or you voluntarily terminate your use of the service, you will have 30 days to download or back up all your data from the Picpee system.
After the above period, we may permanently delete data as part of the system maintenance process, unless the law requires longer retention.
4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Information
We only process your personal information where we have one or more valid legal bases, in accordance with applicable law. Specifically:
- Your consent: We process personal data when you actively provide your consent for specific purposes such as marketing, content recommendations, or analysis of service usage behavior. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Performance of a contract: We need to process your information to perform a contract we have entered into (e.g., creating an account, providing a service, processing payments) or to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

6. How Long We Retain Your Information

7. Information from Minors
We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors and do not actively collect personal data from children under the age of 18. We do not target our services or marketing activities to children under the age of 18.
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are a parent or legal guardian and have given your consent for a minor under your care to use the Services.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will immediately delete such data from our systems. 8. Do Not Track
Some web browsers allow users to enable a "Do Not Track" (DNT) option to opt out of being tracked online by websites and services. However, we do not currently respond to DNT signals from browsers. Upon request for account deletion, we will deactivate the deletion of your account and delete the relevant information from our operating systems. However, we will retain some important information for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
In addition, most web browsers allow you to control the use of cookies. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser, or use the cookie management tools we provide. However, disabling cookies may affect some features of the Service.

11. U.S. Residents Terms
